At Cassidy & Mueller, P.C., our priority is to attract, retain and promote a team of talented individuals who reflect an array of racial, ethnic, social, and personal backgrounds. We value diversity because it makes us a better law firm and helps our mission of providing the best possible legal services to our clients.  We have found that having diverse staff and attorneys is one of the most effective strategies for developing a team with a variety of perspectives. A variety of perspectives throughout the firm keeps our attorneys well-attuned to people, conflict, and dynamic life situations and gives our attorneys an enhanced ability to formulate the most strategic application of the law to the facts of each case.

In their respective roles as past Peoria County Bar Association Presidents, David Mueller and Tim Cassidy approved and aided the Association in establishing and further developing the Peoria County Bar Association Diversity Program, an initiative and scholarship program promoting diversity in the legal profession.
