Geography

Generally speaking, the firm defends cases between I-80 to the north and I-70 to the south and east-west from Iroquois County on the Indiana line to the Mississippi River at Rock Island. Its attorneys regularly appear in all four divisions of the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois – Danville-Urbana, Springfield, Peoria, and Rock Island, as well as in the Southern District and Northern District. The firm’s attorneys have regularly defended cases in Cook County, the “collar counties”, and, on occasion, in the State and U.S. District Courts of Iowa.
