Prior to re-joining Cassidy & Mueller as an associate in November 2004, Nell was a staff attorney for a non-profit legal aid clinic and worked at the offices of Kehr, Cassidy & Mueller in Chillicothe.

Nell graduated from the University of Illinois in 1991 with a degree in International Economic Development, and from the University of Colorado College of Law in 1995.       Nell is married to her husband, Paul, and they have one child.
